Exchanges & Refunds
If you are not entirely satisfied with your order or wish to change it, we will gladly exchange or refund and unused, unmarked items within 14 days of purchase.
Please follow the following steps:
- Package up the item(s) you wish to return, including all originals packaging and labels along with your original invoice.
- Please fill in the included returns form stating the reason for return and if you would like to exchange the product or request a refund.

All goods are returned at your own risk. We strongly advise you send goods by recorded delivery.
Sale / Reduced Items
Goods which are discounted in a sale or other form of promotion may be exchanged or refunded within 14 days of purchase.
Faulty / Incorrect Items
In the rare event of a product being faulty or not what your requested please contact us as soon as possible after you receive the goods on +44 (0)1608 651618. We will either arrange collection for the item or refund the cost of any postage costs incurred by you.
